East Lothian Community Club                                                                                                    

• Pitches can be booked up to 28 days in advance.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking or Clubs can arrange, subject to approval, with payment by invoice

Non East Lothian Community Club                                                                                                           

• Pitches can be booked up to 7 days in advance.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy                                                                                                          

• Any cancellations requests made by a club / event organiser must be confirmed in writing.
• Cancellation requests received more than 24 hours (Casual Pay and Play) or 7 days (Agreed Lets) prior to the start time will generally not be charged, however charges may apply on a cost recovery basis.
• Cancellation requests received within 24 hours (Casual Pay and Play) or 7 days (Agreed Lets) prior to the start time, or failure to cancel in writing will be charged at the full rate.

• This will not apply where the booking is cancelled due to weather conditions or a Referee’s decision.
• Should enjoyleisure be required to cancel an allocated booking, an alternative will be offered and no charge applied.

Commercial Lets                                                                                                              

•  Commercial Let prices are confirmed on application, are subject to approval and may include a surcharge of up to 200%.  Prices will be subject to VAT at standard rate.
