We manage a range of grass, 2G and 3G pitches across East Lothian. Whether you’re organising football, rugby, hockey, training sessions or community events, our team can help you find the right facility.

Our pitches and pavilions are available for a wide range of uses, including training sessions, matches, tournaments, events and recreational activities.

  • Individuals looking to organise a casual game, training session or event.
  • Sports clubs seeking regular training facilities, match venues or seasonal lets.
  • Schools and colleges requiring facilities for activities, competitions and sports days.
  • Community groups and organisations hosting recreational activities, events or fitness sessions.
  • Businesses and commercial organisations looking for space for team building activities, tournaments or organised events.

East Lothian Community Club

  • Pitches can be booked up to 28 days in advance.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking or Clubs can arrange, subject to approval, with payment by invoice.

Non East Lothian Community Club

  • Pitches can be booked up to 7 days in advance.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellations requests made by a club / event organiser must be confirmed in writing.
  • Cancellation requests received more than 24 hours (Casual Pay and Play) or 7 days (Agreed Lets) prior to the start time will generally not be charged, however charges may apply on a cost recovery basis.
  • Cancellation requests received within 24 hours (Casual Pay and Play) or 7 days (Agreed Lets) prior to the start time, or failure to cancel in writing will be charged at the full rate.
  • This will not apply where the booking is cancelled due to weather conditions or a Referee’s decision.
  • Should Enjoy Leisure be required to cancel an allocated booking, an alternative will be offered and no charge applied.

Commercial Lets

•  Commercial Let prices are confirmed on application, are subject to approval and may include a surcharge of up to 200%. Prices will be subject to VAT at standard rate.
