Musselburgh Sports Centre was very proud to host the 70th International Festival of Dancing and the Arts stage competition and we welcomed dancers from as far afield as Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, USA, Canada and the UAE.
Dancers Camryn MacIsaac and Isobel Wilby travelled all the way from Ontario, Canada to take part. Michelle Cummings, who accompanied the girls, said “This has been one of the best organised and run competitions, and we appreciate the hard work involved with this. Thank you to everyone.”
Celebrating 70 years of the competition, organiser Elizabeth Gollan said “We are delighted to have carried on this fabulous tradition and hope to host more dancers in the future”
The competition was run over three days and Enjoy Leisure looks forward to supporting this fantastic event for many years to come.
