Enjoy Leisure is opening its doors earlier at Meadowmill Sports Centre, giving local residents and visitors more flexibility to fit fitness into their daily routine.
From Tuesday 16 June to Thursday 20 August, Meadowmill Sports Centre will open earlier at 7.30am every Tuesday and Thursday, making it easier for those with busy schedules to work out before the working day begins.
Meadowmill Sports Centre has a wide range of facilities. These include a dedicated performance gym with Olympic standard weights, a cardio suite, sports hall and outdoor running track and athletics arena.
Bill Axon, Chief Executive of Enjoy Leisure, said, “Fitting exercise into a busy lifestyle can be a challenge, particularly for those balancing work and family commitments. By extending our opening hours at Meadowmill, we’re making it easier for people to prioritise their health and wellbeing before the day gets underway.
“We’d love to welcome some new early-morning faces over the summer and hope this added flexibility encourages more people in our local communities to get active.”
