Based at the Meadowmill Sports Centre in East Lothian, I am a certified personal trainer, passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals and lead healthier lives. I work not just on the physical approach but also the wellbeing side of leading a healthier and more active lifestyle. Having myself been at both ends of the scale I understand how it feels to find yourself out of shape both physically and mentally, and now after finishing my HNC at college, along side personal training, feel it’s time to take the knowledge learned through the years to put into action getting clients back on track and leading on to living healthier and more active lifestyles.
