Introducing our Teen Gym sessions, exclusively designed for young fitness enthusiasts aged 12-15. With qualified gym staff providing guidance and supervision, teens can safely enjoy a range of cardio training equipment like treadmills, rowers, cross trainers, and stationary bikes, along with resistance machines to target key muscle groups. Get ready to embark on a healthy fitness journey!
Please note that the use of free weights is restricted.
For safety, all Bodyworks Gym users must complete a gym induction with a member of staff before their first session.
