Whether its in conjunction with a swim, or after a workout or even at the end of the day.  Our Health Suites offer Saunas, Steam Rooms (and at Musselburgh and North Berwick Spa Pools), providing a fantastic opportunity to destress and unwind.

The Health Suite is only available to over 16s.  Not suitable for pregnant women.

Advance bookings are not required for use of the Health Suite.  However we do advise calling the Sports Centre in advance to confirm session times.
