LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout using weights designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle.
This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

The Coaches and the music will work hard with you to get your heart rate high and to get fit, fast.
