Adult Swimming Lessons

It's never to late the discover the joy of swimming!

Adult Beginners

This class will introduce you to the water and build confidence. We will focus on the key aquatic skills, including putting your face in the water.

Adult Improvers

Moving on from the beginner level, this will continue to develop your aquatic skills and introduce you to the swimming strokes.

Adult Stroke Development

This level is for adults that wish to develop their swimming technique.

Skills & Drills

This is our more advanced adult swimming course, where we will work on your technique, stamina and all-round fitness in the water.

All Adult Swimming Lesson participants will be enrolled into our Adult Swimming Lesson Membership Scheme.

Adult Monthly Swimming Lesson Membership Scheme includes:

Rolling Lesson Programme: Lessons are run up to 48 weeks of the year.
Smoother Transtitions: Participants move to the next level when they are ready, (subject to availability).
Easy Monthly Payments: Swimming Lessons are paid for in manageable monthly direct debit payments.
Free Swims: All lesson participants are able to enjoy Free Swims at all East Lothian Pools, all year round.

Monthly Membership Payments

Swimming Lessons are paid by monthly direct debit from a nominated bank account.

Monthly Payment of £28 per month (Concession rate of £20 per month)*

Correct as of April 2022, subject to annual review.

* Access to Leisure Customers are entitled to a 50% discount on the standard monthly membership fee of £28 per month (or £20 per month concession rate). However should the Access to Leisure subscription expire/ terminate the direct debit payment will automatically increase to the standard amount. Further Terms & Conditions Apply.
