Get in the Swim

In September 2017, we’re going to launch the new Scottish Swimming Learn to Swim framework which provides a clear set of national standards, as well as a pathway which allows you to follow how your child is progressing.

In addition we are changing the way in which we do things, for the better:

  • More Lessons
From September 2017, we're introducing a rolling programme offering lessons up to 48 weeks of the year.
  • Smoother Transitions
Participants will be able to move to the next level when they are ready and a space is available instead of waiting until the end of the next block.
  • No more queues
Following initial sign-up we're getting rid of the rebooking queuing system – completely!
  • Easier Payments
We're moving to easy, manageable monthly direct debit payments.
  • Fixed Price until 2019
We are freezing the direct debit price for the next 18 months.
  • Free Swims
All lesson participants will be able to enjoy Free Swims at all East Lothian Swimming Pools, all year round.
