BodyCombat / Step at Loch Centre

BODYCOMBAT: An energetic program inspired by martial arts; strike, punch, kick and kata your way to superior cardio fitness. STEP: An aerobics class which includes the use of steps. A high impact class which works on toning the muscles and improving cardiovascular fitness.

These classes take place over alternate weeks.
